Safari is a Swahili word which is derived from the Arabic word for travel, Safara, which describes what exactly goes on during an adventure travel. Although common taken by honeymooners and couple’s a safari is an eye opening experience it’s like a moving theatre with sites and wildlife as the actors. A safari is a land excursion usually in the jungle and or tropical grassy plain surroundings the main purpose being to view animals in their natural habitat. In Africa we have some of the biggest safari sites in the world, one may often wonder why safaris are conducted by motor transportation the reason is simply for safety. As wild animals and some people (hunters) can be extremely dangerous be sure to look out for:

- Tigers
- Bears
- Elephants
- Zebras
- Rhino’s
